Use of our Radars & Location Data
For the proper functioning of our tools (such as FructaanRadar and BrugRadar), the website may request access to your current location (GPS or browser location).
- Purpose: These coordinates are strictly used in real-time to calculate the distance to the nearest horse pastures or bridges and to display the correct up-to-date information.
- Processing: We do not store this location data on any server. As soon as you close the session or browser, this data is immediately deleted. Processing is based on your explicit consent granted through your browser settings.
Newsletter and Members Area
When you sign up for our newsletter (for example, to receive the Top 20 Prompts PDF) or create an account in the Members Area, we request your email address (and optionally your name).
- Purpose: Sending updates regarding AI art, prompts, and providing access to exclusive community features.
- Retention: We retain your data until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes a clear unsubscribe link (opt-out).
Cookies and the Voting System
Functional Cookies: We use strictly anonymous, functional cookies to ensure proper technical operation, including a 30-day cookie (gestemd_[id]) to prevent duplicate votes in our AI creation voting system without tracking personal data or browsing behavior.
Security and Third Parties
Protection & Sharing: Appropriate security measures (such as SSL/HTTPS) protect your data. Information is never shared with third parties unless technically necessary (e.g., an external newsletter provider) or legally required.
Your Rights
Control: You retain the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data by contacting us through the website.
